高丰衣,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。双师双能型教师、校优秀创业导师、校文明教师、校优秀青年人才、校先进科研工作者。研究方向为功能食品开发及植物芳香物质应用、雄性生殖机理。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、河南省科技攻关项目2项、校级科研项目2项、校级教改项目1项、校企合作课题10项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇,科学通报2篇。指导员工获创新创业类省级一等奖1项,二等奖2项,三等奖2项,专业类省级比赛二等奖3项。
